Absolutely love it! I have acne prone and sensitive skin. Using this mask 2-3 times a week where I’m using blue light followed by red + infrared has really kept my skin under control. I find my skin doesn’t easily irritate after wearing makeup as it used to. My acne is in control and is much calmer (of course in conjunction with good skincare) to help target the affected areas. My skin is also glowing each time I remove the mask. Best purchase I had made and cannot wait to see the long term progress in using this mask to improve my impaired skin barrier!

Been religiously using this 5-6 times a week 10 min per night, sometimes more. Skin has become more consistent in colour, with less redness, less breakouts and texture has improved. Definitely a game changer especially if you pair it with some effective serums and use it consistently.
I find I prefer using it at night as it’s a nice way to wind down and get ready for bed.
